*Terma & Syarat / Terms & Conditions

1. Peserta mesti merakam video mereka di Set Hiasan Raya Quill City Mall KL, Aras Tingkat G, Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur.
   Participants must record their video at the Quill City Mall KL Raya Decoration Set, Ground Floor,  Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur.
2. Video mesti menampilkan lagu “Ikan Kekek” (mana-mana versi dibenarkan).
   Videos must feature the song “Ikan Kekek” (any version is allowed).
3. Setiap video mesti berdurasi antara 30 saat hingga 1 minit.
   Each submitted video must be between 30 seconds and 1 minute in duration.
4. Pertandingan terbuka kepada warganegara Malaysia berumur 16 tahun ke atas. Peserta bawah 16 tahun mesti didaftarkan dan diwakili oleh ibu bapa atau penjaga berumur 18 tahun ke atas.
   The contest is open to Malaysian citizens aged 16 years and above. Participants under 16 years old must be registered and represented by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years and above.
5. Tempoh pertandingan: 17 Mac – 20 April. Penyertaan selepas tarikh ini tidak akan diterima. Pemenang diumumkan pada 27 April melalui platform rasmi Quill City Mall.
   Contest period: 17 March – 20 April. Submissions after this date will not be considered. Winners will be announced on 27 April via Quill City Mall’s official platforms.
6. Peserta mesti memakai pakaian tradisional Melayu seperti kebaya, baju kurung, baju Melayu, sarong, atau pakaian tradisional lain yang sesuai.
   Participants must wear traditional Malay attire such as kebaya, baju kurung, baju Melayu, sarong, or other appropriate traditional Malay clothing.
7. Pemenang ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah tontonan tertinggi sepanjang tempoh pertandingan. Lapan (8) peserta teratas akan menerima wang tunai RM1,000 setiap seorang.
   Winners will be determined based on the highest number of views received during the contest period. The top eight (8) participants will each receive a cash prize of RM1,000.
8. Video mesti dimuat naik di akaun TikTok yang public. Video dari platform lain tidak dikira.
   Videos must be uploaded from a public TikTok account. Videos on other platforms will not be considered.
9. Video tidak boleh dipadam, diubah, atau dibuat private sebelum pengumuman pemenang. Kegagalan mematuhi akan menyebabkan diskualifikasi.
   Videos must remain publicly accessible and cannot be deleted, edited, or made private before the winner announcement. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
10. Views melalui iklan berbayar, bot, perkhidmatan automatik, atau sebarang manipulasi tidak sah akan ditolak. Penganjur berhak mendiskualifikasi penyertaan yang mencurigakan.
    Views generated through paid promotions, bots, automated services, or any artificial manipulation will not be counted. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any suspicious entry.
11. Peserta mesti menyertakan semua hashtag rasmi: #SeriNyaRaya #QCMKL #GempakSeriNya. Penyertaan tanpa hashtag lengkap tidak layak menang.
    Participants must include all official hashtags: #SeriNyaRaya #QCMKL #GempakSeriNya. Entries without the complete set of hashtags will not be eligible to win.
12. Peserta bertanggungjawab memastikan video mematuhi semua syarat, termasuk durasi, lokasi, pakaian, dan cara penghantaran.
    Participants are responsible for ensuring their video meets all contest requirements, including duration, location, attire, and submission method.
13. Video tidak boleh mengandungi kandungan politik, perkauman, lucah atau tidak sesuai. Pihak penganjur berhak menolak atau mendiskualifikasi penyertaan yang melanggar peraturan tanpa notis.
    Videos must not contain political, racial, obscene, or inappropriate content. The organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that violate the rules without prior notice.
14. Dengan menyertai, peserta membenarkan pihak Quill City Mall KL menggunakan video untuk tujuan pemasaran dan promosi tanpa bayaran tambahan.
    By participating, participants grant Quill City Mall KL the right to use submitted videos for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. Penganjur berhak meminda, mengubah, atau menambah terma dan syarat pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis.
    The organizer reserves the right to amend, change, or add any contest terms and conditions at any time without notice.
16. Pihak penganjur berhak mengesahkan kesahihan semua penyertaan dan tontonan serta mendiskualifikasi mana-mana penyertaan yang melanggar peraturan.
    The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries and views and to disqualify any participant who breaches the rules.
17. Keputusan penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang rayuan, pertikaian atau surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan.
